Summer Getaway at Pinamuntugan Island

Pinamuntugan Island has very light sand, though it's not white. But the water is bluish-green. When we were swimming the current was quite strong in some parts that we were being tossed in the water like dolls.

The Breathtaking Aguirangan Island

It took my breath away! Its 1.5-hectare formation with white beach and crystal clear waters was so beautiful!

Jelly Fish: The Rarely Seen Beauty Under the Sea

Have you ever seen a jellyfish up close? I have. I think it's one of the most beautiful creatures of the sea.

I'm Monetizing with Smorty!

I can't help but wonder sometimes where my salary go each time I receive it on the 15th and 30th of the month. It's really true what they say, that it is easier to spenf your money than earn it. Well, on my part it can't be helped, even if I'm still single I also have lots of bills to pay like the DSL and the share I give for the household expenses. And on top of that, my savings kinda took a beating because I recently bought a laptop for myself. But don't get me wrong, I don't regret buying my laptop. My only concern now is to put my savings to the way it was before. One way of doing that is by having a sideline.

It's a great thing really that through my officemate I was able to know about Smorty. I think this is going to be the means that I need in order to achieve my plans. Smorty is an excellent way to get paid for blogging. This is really convenient for me since I already have an existing blog. So aside from being my emo outlet, I'm now also monetizing my blog! That's killing two birds with one stone. Isn't that great?! I love to write so this opportunity being given by Smorty is just great.

Want to know more on how Smorty works? Basically, you'll have to write reviews about certain websites. Of course you have to be honest in the things you include in the review. With Smorty you will have control over the topics or websites that you want to write about since you can accept the topic that suits your taste. But you'd have to be fast because the opportunities can be taken fast by other bloggers. And aside from writing reviews, you can also earn via their referral program whihc is like blog advertising at the same time. Smorty also encourages integration of their banners and logos because this is another great way to advertise on blogs.

Have a blog? Try out Smorty's services. Blog for money and get paid to blog about the things you love!

Pro360 Online Casino to Enjoy

I've not tried gambling a lot, i don't seem to have any luck at all. But lately I've been trying my luck at the lottery, but as I've said before, lady luck still has not sat on my shoulder. I've been thinking of other options where I can earn some cash so that I can make my plans a reality at an earlier time frame.

I've been browsing and I came across online casino. It made me wonder, is playing on online casino safe? I think this is the foremost consideration of would-be players. Well, its just natural 'coz who would want to put his hard-earned cash on something that's not secure? When going for online casino, the best thing to do would be find excellent casino review and then go for the one that has a fail-safe repuation as per review. Good thing Pro360 has these reviews that you need.

They have great reviews for casinos found online that offer almost every game that you will truly enjoy starting from slots, roulette, craps, video poker and binggo. If you are adept at card games there's also poker, blackjack and baccarat for you to enjoy.

Pass the Time

Its a long day here at work. This is one of those instances when i wish time would fly fast so that i can go home already. I feel so tired and i did not get much sleep last night. I still have a lot of editing to do but i wish i can go home now and have a long long long relaxing sleep! My eyes just can't seem to focus on the words I'm editing that is why i am taking a break already...I'll work on my backlogs at home this weekend... I'm just so tired and sleepy now.

But to pass the time I'm just browsing the web and came across some jokes from Reader's Digest. Here they are if you want to read them as well;-)

I was leaning over the shoulder of one of one of my students, helping her with some math problems, when I noticed the pencil sew was writing with. It had the Ten Commandments listed on it.
“I like your pencil very much,” I told her.
“Yeah, I like it too,” she said. “That’s why I stole it from my brother.”
:-)
Here's another one
A rather inebriated fellow on a bus was tearing up a newspaper into tiny
pieces and throwing them out the window. Excuse me, said the woman sitting next to him. But, would you mind explaining why youre doing this? It scares away the elephants, replied the drunk. But I dont see any elephants around here, said the woman. Effective, isnt it? crowed the drunk.
:-)
Husband and wife were in the midst of a violent quarrel, and hubby was
losing his temper. Be careful, he said to his wife. Youll bring out the beast in me. So what? his wife shot back. Whos afraid of a mouse?

:-)
An American visiting England walked into a hotel lobby. The lift will be
down presently, the receptionist told him. The lift? said the American. Oh, you mean the elevator. No, I mean the lift. replied the Englishman. I think I should know what it is called, said the American. Elevators were invented in the States. Perhaps, retorted the Englishman. But we invented the language.
Well, that's all!

My Acer Aspire 4520G Laptop!

This is probably a little already since my excitement has died down some. What am I talking about? well i'm talking about my new laptop...an Acer Aspire 4520G. This was not actually the laptop that i planned to buy when we went to Manila but i think this one is a lot better than my previous choice which is the Toshiba Satellite A200. I wanted a laptop that i can use both for work and games. I asked around and they said that if i also intend to play online games, especilaly 3D games, i should get a laptop with at least 128MB dedicatted video memory. The Aspire 4520G has it that is why it's the one I opted for. And now I'm enjoying my laptop, though not as much as i want to because of time constraint.

Check back for the pictures:-D

Update:

Here are the pictures:-D

Find Inspiration in This...

Don't give up.....

One day I decided to quit...
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality... I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with God.
"God", I asked, "Can you give me one good reason not to quit?"
His answer surprised me...
"Look around", He said. "Do you see the fern and the bamboo?"
"Yes", I replied.
"When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them.
I gave them light.
I gave them water.
The fern quickly grew from the earth.
Its brilliant green covered the floor.
Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.
In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.
And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said.
"In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.
But I would not quit.
In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would
not quit." He said.
"Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared
to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant...But just 6
months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.
I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle."
He asked me. "Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots".
"I would not quit on the bamboo.
I will never quit on you."
"Don't compare yourself to others."
He said.
"The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern.
Yet they both make the forest beautiful."
"Your time will come", God said to me.
"You will rise high"
"How high should I rise?"
I asked.
"How high will the bamboo rise?" He asked in return.
"As high as it can?" I questioned.
"Yes." He said, "Give me glory by rising as high as you can."
I left the forest and brought back this story.
I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.
Never, Never, Never Give up.
For the Christian Prayer is not an option but an opportunity.
Don't tell the Lord how big the problem is,
tell the problem how Great the Lord is!

When I got an email from ate tin I thought it was just one of those chain letters that doesn’t deserve a second look. But when I read this one the first time it struck a chord within me…I could relate to what the writer of this anecdote felt. The very first paragraph really caught my attention. It was like a loud bang on the door and I said “hey this was exactly how I felt a few weeks ago.” My world just seemed to be crumbling down all over me and I didn’t know how to piece it together again. It was such a sad and low point in my life because I couldn’t feel the support of the person I was counting on the most when I needed it so badly… And on top of that because of the personal problems crowding in on me it felt like life is not worth living anymore and no one was there for me. The feeling was exactly how the author of this anecdote described. I also thought of quitting from this life and everything…maybe it was also through the prayers of my trusted friends and my cousin that I was able to keep that thought out of my head. Maybe it’s because of their prayers and not my own because there were times when I doubted if God even heard my prayers…
Even though I doubted God and the pain and hardships that I was going through made it hard for me to see Him, it seems He was there with me all the time. Beyond the sad and painful times He has a reward for me, blessings that thank you wouldn’t seem enough. At this time I can feel all the blessings pouring down on me, especially in my work.

And today as I write this, it makes me teary eyed to think how close I came to quitting…Maybe it’s God’s way of making me a stronger person just like what is being said in this anecdote. I know that the hard and bad times are not over yet and there will be more to come…just the same I hope I don’t give in to the desire to quit.

For those who are having a hard time right now, take time to read this anecdote. I hope it inspires you as it has me.
